Diary of Short Life by Michael Krozer
A NEW THRILLER NOVEL ABOUT A YOUNG WOMAN DISCOVERED UNCONSCIOUS IN A MUDDY FIELD OUTSIDE OF PARIS, FRANCE. WITH NO MEMORY OF HER PAST, SHE BUILDS A NEW LIFE BUT IS SOON HAUNTED BY VIOLENT VISIONS THAT MAY BE CLUES TO WHO SHE WAS.
Left for dead at the scene of a bizarre crime committed outside of Paris, France, Angela Grathwell regained consciousness but had no knowledge of her identity or the circumstances leading up to the assault against her.
With the help of Dr. Parker Stevens, an easy going psychologist appointed by the French government, Angela is guided back into her memories to learn about her past life and how to protect herself.
But during the course of therapy, Angela discovered that her old self was hardened and violent and very different from the person she now wanted to be. Growing into a new life filled with the promise of love, this book describes, in her own words, the torturous and heartfelt struggle with the emerging personality from her past that could ultimately destroy who she has become.

Overall I thought the book was awesome. Now that im finished though, I’m really eager to read the next book to actually find out what happened to her.

Terrific read– very exciting, fast-paced thriller! Establishes a quick pace at the onset of the story. Told through a diary format– the voice of Angela… the mysterious writer of the diary. I wanted to learn who she really was and got quite into her story– especially liked that it is set in Paris and other European countries. Recommended read.

Angela is a brave and resourceful person who is burdened by the loss of her identity. I imagined what it might be like to open my eyes and discover that I had no idea who I was. (But) with a sense of she says, “Angela Grathwell…I know she is purely my creation, most of her still in my imagination. But isn’t everything fake until it isn’t?”
‘Fate will be fate and you can’t live in fear’ is a rule she lives by.
Michael Krozer has a strong interest in the arts and pursues writing, acting, song writing, and video production as a way of expressing and sharing his vision with others. His work is multi-layered, focusing on both the human condition and elements of mysticism.
